Executive Director

Isatu Mansaray is a graduate from the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM) with a degree in Business Administration (Hons) and also holds a masters degree in Corporate Governance (Merit) from London South Bank University.


Highly energetic, forward thinking with a wealth of knowledge in management, marketing, customer service  and banking, with years of experience in humanitarian work.


Passionate about giving back and contributing to society.

Patrick Pratt

Deputy Executive Director

Patrick Alfred Pratt and Ex Military Personnel in the British Army is an Area Regional Manager for Ultimate Security Services (Bidvest). He is also an experienced Support Worker and is a Global Goodwill Ambassador GGA, UK.


Graduate from Open University, Bsc (Hon) Security Management and Policies, London Metropolitan University, BA (Hon) International Relations and Politics.

MA Human Rights, International Conflict and Social Justice.


Great team leader with a robust level of fitness. Kind hearted, excellent sense of humour and passionate about humanity.

Hawa Nadia Sumah

National Co-Ordinator

Hawa Sumah is an IT Service Desk Research Analyst, with experience in the Legal and Mining Industry.

She has an Excellent Research and Analytical Skills, Customer Orientated, Vast knowledge in Microsoft Packages, Good Team Player, Hard Working, Versatile and an All Rounder.


She's keen on Fashion Designing and is currently studying Garment Construction and Pattern Cutting.


Hawa is a graduate from Arden University, UK

Patricia Macauley

Financial Secretary

Patricia Macauley is a Motivated Compliance Specialist, working within the Recruitment Industry with previous experience in Banking, Humanitarian  Work, Customer Service and Sales.


Graduate of Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone and holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology.


Generally a people's person with great empathy and passion for the less privileged.

Saphibatu Conteh


Saphibatu Conteh is a dedicated Customer Service Supervisor who holds a BSc Hons in Business Management from Northampton University. 


She is a hard working, flexible, adaptable and responsible individual who can offer a wide range of skills and experiences in various fields.

Passionate about the youth and believes that securing them a better future, secures us a better world. 

Albert Gbassah


Albert Gbassah, Cert in Community Development and BSc  ( Hons) in Social Work. Currently works as an Advance Practitioner  in a Child Protection Team and has always been passionate about making a difference in people’s lives.Enthusiastic about giving back and making a difference in his community through advocacy and empowerment.


Hopes to use this platform to advocate and challenge policies and legislations on behalf of the children and youths in Sierra Leone, in a strategic and operational way, that will make the difference in our beloved country.

Balogun S. Lewis


Balogun S Lewis is the Managing Director at Baltic Interiors. A professional and an experienced interior designer with extensive knowledge in fitting all types of floor installation and interior designs.


Excellent customer service relation and attention to details.


Passionate about giving back to society.

Hawa Turay


Hawa Turay a compassionate and hard working individual who is always ready to help others, has worked in the care industry helping the vulnerable adult in their day to day lives and has previously worked in a financial institution as a banker.

Henrietta Ngegba


Henrietta Ngegba is a Senior Healthcare Professional. With over 10 years experience in the domiciliary and residential care sector, she has acquired hands-on experience in providing assistance to the elderly by employing compassion and tact.


She is able to handle adverse situations with great precision. Henrietta is very organised and committed individual who takes a lot of pride in her vocation.


She is passionate about doing her bit to ensure that we live in a world with equal opportunities for all regardless of background or circumstances.

Patricia Williams-Janneh is an experienced manager with a demonstrated history of working in the Hospital/Health Care and Banking industry. Skilled in Microsoft packages, Customer Services/People's Management.
